3. Fees and Payment

• Consultancy Fees: Our most services are fee free but some may be subject to fees, which will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before services commence.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Termination of Services

• By You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will remain payable.
• By Us: We reserve the right to terminate our services if you breach any of these Terms, fail to cooperate, or if your conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and information provided by Reliance UKBD Ltd, including but not limited to reports, guides, and advice, are the intellectual property of Reliance UKBD Ltd and are intended for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
